The noise from the motors on pull away is beyond irritating, sounds like an old worn out bike cog, it's NOT something you would ever get used to at £50K+ a pop, or the top model!
I have driven the mid range EV6 car, looks ok, interior good, but I am 6"2 and my head was rubbing on the roof of the car, particularly bad with a sun-roofed model.
The drive was sickening, being undampened and dull; So just 6/10 the EV6.

Volvo XC40 recharge 9/10 (deposit paid). Best Lease deal by far!
Ford Mustang MACH-E, 8/10 – seriously quick and furious, but again, very nauseating on take off, pricier than the Volvo with less prestige!
BMW iD3
Fun, smooth and quirky, but the interior and choice of finishes let it down, the dashboard was a "Heath Robinson" affair! 7/10.

For a few years now KIA have had one of the strongest line ups in the industry. A comprehensive range of good looking, well engineered cars still offering good value and a first class warranty. They make most of their rivals, including others which might traditionally have looked down their noses at KIA, looking very ordinary. The EV6 is a brilliant car.
8:05, while you were whinging about the poor view out the back, you forgot to mention the reversing camera is probably one of the best in the industry.

I absolutely adore this car. I own the RWD GT-Line 225HP. It isn't quick compared to most EV's but the charging speed + other quirky features like the simulated engine noise amaze me so much.
Just ordered the EV6 GT with 585hp. Cant wait!

Just tried one. Not that impressed with pedal sensitivity when reversing & overall quality, especially as the dealer gave us one with a fault so that the noise from the motor was incredibly loud at low speed (& they didn’t tell us there was damage from previous tester). The Ioniq5 was much more comfortable to drive. Audi q4etron was huge disappointment especially when it reduced power when i hit 70 and numb steering. Trying Tesla 3 later this week 🙂

Disappointed to find out that Kia have suspended the EV6 GT Line / GT in Steel Matt Grey. I ordered in March and have just been informed that I need to chose a different colour or wait up to two years! I've chosen Runway Red, I just hope KIA don't come back and say they've ran out of Runway Red because that will end up in a cancellation and a Tesla Model 3 ?
Seen various reviews on the ev6, including this one but keep coming back to rewatch it just because it’s so good.
